1. Purpose of Submission

Users submit materials (including pitch decks, financials, and other data) solely for the purpose of receiving analytical feedback through the Investment Lens platform.

2. No Confidential Relationship Created

Submission of materials does not create:

• A confidential relationship
• A fiduciary duty
• An advisory relationship

3. No Obligation to Review or Act

Redtail Capital has no obligation to:

• Review submissions
• Provide feedback
• Pursue investment
• Maintain ongoing communication

4. No Investment Relationship

Submission does not constitute:

• An offer to invest
• A solicitation
• A commitment to provide funding

5. Use of Submitted Information

Redtail Capital may use submitted data in aggregated and anonymized form for:

• Benchmarking
• Model improvement
• Research and insights

6. No Expectation of Compensation

Users agree that no compensation is owed for:

• Ideas
• Business concepts
• Materials submitted

7. User Ownership Retained

Users retain ownership of their submitted materials. Redtail does not claim ownership of the underlying business or IP.

8. Risk of Similarity

Users acknowledge that Redtail may review other companies with similar ideas and shall not be liable for perceived similarities.

9. Accuracy of Information

Users represent that submitted materials are truthful and not misleading.

10. Limitation of Liability

Redtail shall not be liable for any decisions made based on Investment Lens outputs.
